2012 VITRIFY Alcorso Ceramic Award


Neville French is one of the 4 finalists for the 2012 VITRIFY Alcorso Ceramic Award in Adelaide in Sept and the 2012 Colin and Cecily Rigg Contemporary Design Award at the National Gallery of Victoria. Nevillle French’s vessel made in collaboration with Belinda Fox, ‘Limnonari Vessel 3’, shown at Arthouse Gallery in Sydney, is now part of the National Gallery of Victoria Collection. The current Journal of Australian Ceramics issue 50/3 includes a feature article on the project  by Altair Roelants: The Narrative of Place. 2011 Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize


Very pleased and excited to be selected as a finalist in the 2011 Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize! sculptureprize.woollahra.nsw.gov.au/ The Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize is the only national prize for sculptures of smaller dimensions and it has attracted strong support from artists, collectors and critics since its inception in 2001.

Neville French has been shortlisted as a finalist in the $15,000 City of Hobart Art Prize at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery.
